Who receives your enquiry
The website is operated for ELEGANCE PLANERS FOR EVENTS MANAGING, trading as Elegance (EPEM), in the United Arab Emirates. Contact: hello@epem.ae.
What you share
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and gathering preferences, including the type, group size and preferred setting. Team enquiries also ask for a company name and direct WhatsApp number. You may add a message or share further practical details in correspondence. Please do not submit medical information, identity documents, payment-card details or other sensitive information through this form.
How the information is used
We use enquiry information to respond, clarify your requirements and prepare a proposal. Submission is not a newsletter subscription. We do not ask you to agree to unrelated marketing as a condition of making an enquiry.
Service providers
The website is hosted by AEserver. Form enquiries are processed through Supabase and delivered by Resend to our Microsoft 365 business mailbox. These providers may process information outside the UAE. We use these services to operate the site and handle enquiries.
Website operation and external links
Our hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the service. This release does not add advertising pixels or non-essential analytics cookies. Links to WhatsApp and social platforms open services operated by those providers, whose own privacy practices apply.
Your choices
Contact hello@epem.ae if you want to correct your enquiry, request access to your information or ask for deletion. We will assess the request and any records we need to retain for ongoing enquiries, bookings or applicable obligations. You may email us directly instead of using the form.
